Remove redundant font_info struct definition.
(Vx_pixel_size_width_font_regexp,
unibyte_display_via_language_environment): Declare variables.
(w32_list_fonts, w32_get_font_info, w32_query_font, w32_load_font):
Declare functions.
w32_output): New fields font_baseline and fontset.
(FRAME_FONTSET, FRAME_W32_FONT_TABLE): New macros.
