(LOADDEFS): New variable.
(AUTOGENEL): Use $LOADDEFS.
$(lisp)/loaddefs.el: Remove this target.
(autoloads): Remove $(lisp)/loaddefs.el dependency; add $LOADDEFS.
(MH_E_SRC): Remove variable.
$(lisp)/mh-e/mh-loaddefs.el: Remove $MH_E_SRC dependency. Simplify file
header. Use $@ for generated-autoload-file.
$(lisp)/calendar/cal-loaddefs.el, $(lisp)/calendar/diary-loaddefs.el:
$(lisp)/calendar/hol-loaddefs.el: New targets.
