(byte-compile-single-version): Remove, unused.
(baud-rate, byte-code-function-p)
(byte-compile-generate-emacs19-bytecodes, byte-compile-overwrite-file)
(byte-compiler-valid-options, byte-compiler-options-handler)
(byte-compile-and-load-file, byte-compile-buffer):
Remove commented-out code.
