(ELF): Handle this parameter. [! COFF] (UNEXEC, USG_SHARED_LIBRARIES): New definitions. (_BSD_TTY_FLAVOR): Don't define if already defined. (C_COMPILER, LINKER, MAKE_COMMAND): New definitions.
