Reinstate some commented-out redundancies.
("russian-typewriter"): Renamed from cyrillic-typewriter. Make
cyrillic-jcuken effectively an alias for it.
("russian-computer"): New.
("bulgarian-phonetic"): Renamed from bulgarian-pho.
("bulgarian-bds"): Renamed from bulgarian-standard.
