* fortran.el: (fortran-mode-syntax-table): Made `!' be a comment.
(fortran-font-lock-keywords-1, fortran-font-lock-keywords-2,
fortran-font-lock-keywords): New variables.
(fortran-mode): Set font-lock-defaults.
