(tooltip-mode): Use define-minor-mode and simplify. (tooltip-activate-mouse-motions-if-enabled): Use dolist. (tooltip-gud-tips): Simplify. (tooltip-gud-tips-p): Remove superflouous :set. (tooltip-gud-modes): Add fortran-mode. (gdb-tooltip-print): Remove newline for tooltip-use-echo-area.
