* Added fixes from Karl Berry for ISC-2.2.
(MEMMOVE_MISSING): Define.
(SIGNALS_VIA_CHARACTERS): Define.
(LIB_STANDARD): Do not include -lcposix.
(C_SWITCH_SYSTEM) [__GNUC__]: Do not use -traditional.
