(vc-rcs-steal-lock): Do a real checkout after stealing the lock, so
that we see expanded headers.
(vc-rcs-trunk-p, vc-rcs-branch-part, vc-rcs-branch-p,
vc-rcs-minor-part, vc-rcs-previous-version): Removed. These are
available from vc.el. Updated all callers.
