(automatic_hscroll_margin, Vautomatic_hscroll_step): New variables.
(syms_of_xdisp): DEVFAR them.
(hscroll_window_tree): Use automatic_hscroll_margin and
Vautomatic_hscroll_step to compute the amount of window scrolling.
