(FRAME_X_FLAGS_AREA_COLS): Define it as the total width of both margins. (FRAME_X_FLAGS_AREA_WIDTH): Likewise. (FRAME_X_LEFT_FLAGS_AREA_WIDTH): New. (FRAME_X_RIGHT_FLAGS_AREA_WIDTH): New.
