(pitx): Don't use enum names, use their values. Remove reference to
non-existing value GET_FROM_COMPOSITION.
(pgx): Don't use enum names, use their values.
(pitmethod): New helper command.
(pitx): Use it to display iteration method.
(pgrowit): New command.
