(PTY_TTY_NAME_SPRINTF): New definition.
(sigsetmask): Add #undef.
(SOLARIS2_4): Defined.
Discard old contents of file. Instead, undef C_SWITCH_SYSTEM and
const, so that we use GCC without -traditional.
(HAVE_VFORK): Defined.
