changeset 14413:77ed54321a41
(dos_rawgetc): Allow simulation of `Mouse-3' by
simultaneous click/drag of `Mouse-1' and `Mouse-2'.
(dos_set_window_size): Make the window size change
faster for standard sizes. Fix a bug in v2-specific code to
change window size.
