Include frame.h.
(critsect, h_input_available): New variables.
(init_crit, delete_crit): Handle all three critical sections.
(GetFrameDC, ReleaseFrameDC): New functions.
(get_next_msg, post_msg): Use h_input_available.
Use CRIT_MSG critical section.
