(CHECK_LIB_AVAILABLE): Add third parameter LIBRARIES. (Finit_image_library): Pass LIBRARIES through to CHECK_LIB_AVAILABLE. Declare parameters. Doc fix. (lookup_image_type): Pass Qnil as second argument to Finit_image_library.
