(c-brace-anchor-point): new function.
(c-add-stmt-syntax): Give accurate anchor points for "namespace", "extern"
etc., rather than BOI. Fix addition of spurious syntactic-symbol
'defun-block-intro, replacing it with 'innamespace, etc.
