(CODE_POINT_TO_INDEX): Take charset->char_index_offset into account. (INDEX_TO_CODE_POINT): Likewise. (Fdefine_charset_internal): Handle args[charset_arg_min_code] and args[charset_arg_max_code]. Setup charset.char_index_offset. (syms_of_charset): Fix args to Fdefine_charset_internal.
