(comment-beginning): Handle unclosed comment.
(comment-auto-fill-only-comments): New var.
(comment-indent-new-line): Obey comment-auto-fill-only-comments.
Align with comment-column rather than previous comment if previous
comment's indentation is greater than comment-column.
