(menu-bar-update-buffers-maxbuf): Remove.
(menu-bar-select-buffer): Remove.
(menu-bar-select-frame): Make non-interactive and take a frame arg.
(menu-bar-update-buffers): Don't use buffer-names or frame names as events.
