(browse-url-filename-alist): Add a clause for
Doze and Dog.
(browse-url): Use dolist, not mapcar.
(browse-url-at-point): Check for null url.
(browse-url-event-buffer, browse-url-event-point): Functions
deleted.
(browse-url-at-mouse, browse-url-netscape): Simplify.
