(define-minor-mode):
Revert the latest changes.
Allow the three positional arguments to be skipped and replaced
by keyword arguments.
Add a :toggle argument to determine whether a nil arg means toggle
or means turn-on. The default is unchanged.
Add a call to force-mode-line-update.
