(Microsoft Windows): Rename from "Emacs and Microsoft Windows". All
references updated.
(Microsoft Windows): Replace inforef to emacs-xtra by conditional xref's,
depending on @iftex/@ifnottex.
[ifnottex]: Add menu entry for "MS-DOS". @include msdog-xtra.texi.
