Don't fiddle with vc-handled-backend. (vc-bzr-registered): Don't redundantly protect against file-error. Actually use the format-specific code. (vc-bzr-buffer-nonblank-p): Remove. (vc-bzr-status): Change `kindchange' -> `kindchanged'.
