(redisplay_internal): Use `Vterminal_frame' and other
termcap frame code on MSDOS as well.
(display_text_line) [HAVE_FACES]: Support faces on MSDOS.
(decode_mode_spec): Return frame name on MSDOS like for termcap frames.
