(Fpos_visible_in_window_p): Return pixel position if
PARTIALLY arg is non-nil. Simplify. Doc fix.
(Fwindow_vscroll, Fset_window_vscroll): Add optional PIXEL_P arg
to return/set vscroll in pixels.
