(defcustom): Create Common Keywords section in docstring.
(defface, defgroup): Replace definitions of a select few keywords with
a reference to the Common Keywords in defcustom.
(defcustom, defface, defgroup): Replace reference to Customization
chapter in manual with hyperlink.
