(footnote): Add :version to defgroup.
(footnote-section-tag-regexp): Customize.
(footnote-start-tag, footnote-end-tag): New option.
(footnote-latin-regexp): New variable.
(Footnote-latin): New function.
(footnote-style-alist): Add element for latin style.
(footnote-style): Moved.
(Footnote-goto-footnote): Use eq to test arg.
