Fringe cleanup.
Comment fixes. Use renamed symbols.
(fringe_bitmap_type): Renamed from bitmap_type.
(NO_FRINGE_BITMAP): Renamed from NO_BITMAP.
(w32_draw_fringe_bitmap): Renamed from w32_draw_bitmap.
(x_draw_row_fringe_bitmaps): Renamed from x_draw_row_bitmaps.
