(comint-arguments): Set COUNT after ARGS is complete.
(comint-dynamic-complete-as-filename): Rename local vars.
(comint-dynamic-list-filename-completions): Likewise.
(comint-dynamic-list-completions-config): New var.
(comint-dynamic-list-completions): Handle both SPC and TAB right.
(comint-file-name-chars): Add [].
(comint-word): Use skip-chars-backward, not search.
