(ibuffer-visit-buffer): Optionally allow reducing to one window.
(ibuffer-visit-buffer-1-window): Simply call `ibuffer-visit-buffer'.
(ibuffer-current-state-list): Reinstate optional argument; now just
call `point' inside the mapping function.
