* process.c [VMS] (DCL_PROMPT): Remove hack.
(WIFSTOPPED, WIFSIGNALED, WIFEXITED, XRETCODE, WSTOPSIG,
WCOREDUMP, WTERMSIG): New dummy definitions.
(deactivate_process): Add missing semicolon.
