(fill-nonuniform-paragraphs): Improve argument/docstring consistency. (canonically-space-region, fill-context-prefix, fill-french-nobreak-p, fill-delete-newlines, fill-comment-paragraph, justify-current-line): "?\ " -> "?\s".
