(register-input-method): Rename arg ENV to LANG-ENV. Fix previous change.
(set-language-info):
Delete args describe-map and setup-map. Don't set up menus at all.
(set-language-info-alist): Set up menus here.
(setup-specified-language-environment): Doc fix.
