(ediff-dispatch-file-patching-job): Check ediff-patch-map non-nil. (ediff-fixup-patch-map, ediff-fixup-patch-map) (ediff-fixup-patch-map, ediff-patch-file-internal): Put temp buffer into fundamental mode.
