(show-trailing-whitespace, blink-cursor-delay) (blink-cursor-interval, display-hourglass, hourglass-delay): Remove tags. (display-hourglass, hourglass-delay): Doc fix. (cursor-in-non-selected-windows): Capitalize words in tag.
