Add doc strings for some functions.
(dabbrev--eliminate-newlines): New variable.
(dabbrev--substitute-expansion): Convert newlines to spaces
if dabbrev--eliminate-newlines is set.
If abbrev and expansion are both all-lower-case,
leave dabbrev--last-case-pattern nil.
