* configure.in (LIBX11_MACHINE, HAVE_XFREE386): Remove code
dealing with obsolete variables.
* fakemail.c (MAIL_PROGRAM_NAME): Remove unused conditional.
(main): Replace MAIL_PROGRAM_NAME with its value.
