(bibtex-progress-message): Fix docstring.
(bibtex-entry-update): New command bound to C-c C-u.
(bibtex-text-in-string): Fix regexp.
(bibtex-assoc-of-regexp): Remove.
(bibtex-progress-message): Fix docstring.
(bibtex-inside-field): Use if.
(bibtex-assoc-regexp): New function.
(bibtex-format-entry): Make code more robust so it formats also old entries.
(bibtex-autokey-demangle-title): Merge with obsolete function
