(pos_fully_visible_in_window_p):
New function.
(Fpos_visible_in_window_p):
Add FULLY argument.
Use pos_fully_visible_in_window_p.
(window_scroll_pixel_based, window_scroll_line_based):
Update calls to Fpos_visible_in_window_p.
