(server-select-display): New function.
(server-process-filter): Add support for `-display' and `-eval' args.
(server-visit-files): Use save-current-buffer, push, and dolist.
Add server-kill-buffer to kill-buffer-hook.
(kill-buffer-hook): Don't modify globally.
(server-switch-buffer): Be a bit more careful with multiple displays.
