changeset 47645:d033b85fc797

(server-select-display): New function. (server-process-filter): Add support for `-display' and `-eval' args. (server-visit-files): Use save-current-buffer, push, and dolist. Add server-kill-buffer to kill-buffer-hook. (kill-buffer-hook): Don't modify globally. (server-switch-buffer): Be a bit more careful with multiple displays.
