(x_set_frame_parameters): Make height and width ints.
(Ffocus_frame, Funfocus_frame): Functions deleted.
(x_get_and_record_arg): New function.
(x_icon): Use that, for Qicon_top and Qicon_left.
(x_report_frame_params): Report the Qparent_id parameter.
