(unlock_display): current_perdisplay now is never null.
(cmd_error, command_loop_1, read_char): Likewise.
(kbd_buffer_get_event, read_key_sequence): Likewise.
(read_char): Handle synchronous quit_char on a different display.
(read_char): Rewrite queue-searching code.
(read_key_sequence): Save selected_frame.
(init_keyboard): Initialize current_perdisplay.
