Minor fixes to a recent contribution to ido.el
* ido.el (ido-use-virtual-buffers, ido-virtual): Moved a ChangeLog
comment to code, and added a :version tag.
(ido-virtual-buffers): Moved defvar to fix byte-compiler warning.
