changeset 6845:e1420213cfdb

(window_system): If no X, set USE_X_TOOLKIT=no. (printing the choices): State choice of toolkit. (libsrc_libs): Recalculate after writing config.h; then update lib-src/Makefile. Conditionals testing for null $CC were backwards.
