(xfont_decode_coding_xlfd): New function.
(xfont_encode_coding_xlfd): New function.
(xfont_list_pattern): Decode XLFD by iso-8859-1.
(xfont_list): Decode and encode XLFD by iso-8859-1.
(xfont_match): Likewise.
(xfont_list_family): Likewise.
(xfont_open): Likewise.
