(HAVE_XFT): Ensure it is either "yes" or "no".
(USE_FONT_BACKEND, HAVE_FREETYPE, HAVE_M17N_FLT, HAVE_LIBOTF)
(HAVE_XFT): Add "Does Emacs use..." messages at end.
