(C_DEBUG_SWITCH): Define, if THIS_IS_CONFIGURE.
(HAVE_GETTIMEOFDAY, HAVE_MKDIR, HAVE_RMDIR):
(HAVE_XSCREENNUMBEROFSCREEN, HAVE_XRMSETDATABASE):
Comment out these definitions.
