(unidata-prop-alist): Set `numric-value'
property generator to unidata-gen-table-numeric.
(unidata-get-numeric, unidata-put-numeric)
(unidata-gen-table-numeric): New functions.
(unidata-encode-val): Use assoc to get a slot in VAL-LIST.
